Build a Wall Sculpture is a slow, hands-on clay session focused on making a functional ceramic wall piece using slab-building techniques.
Over the afternoon, you’ll design and construct your own sculptural wall sculpture or small wall vessel — something to hold a candle, flowers, small objects, light, or could just be a decorative wall piece. The session is relaxed and process-led, with time to work, pause, chat, and refine your piece. I will bring some paint to do surface design if anyone wants the option.
All pieces will be professionally fired and glazed after the class.
No prior ceramics experience needed.
Date: Saturday 25th April
Time: 2–5pm
Location: Art Department Studio, 13 Forbes Street (corner of Nicholson Street), Woolloomooloo
